Polor Playground was featured at a holiday neighborhood party I attended. It was such a hit! Watching the cotton candy creations being made was so entertaining. It's not just for kids! All the adults were intrigued. I do not have kids of my own, but I'd recommend them for a kids party. The staff was also friendly as well. The line was long but it went by smoothly.

I finally got to check out check this place after probably a year of drooling from Instagram and TikTok foodie posts. This place is right up the street from my cousin. Since my job takes me to travel and odd hours, it was very hard to coordinate a visit to this place. They have limited hours & days open. When we finally went out there, the line was long. But very organized. The venue was clean and had several spots for photo opportunities. We brought her grandson to check out this place as well. This place is strictly ice cream, sweet treats and coffee drinks. So get your savory on before you go here. One of the best features is they have open viewing to see their mastery at work. The characters themselves were kind of pricey for something that will only last maybe an hour and its most fluffy deliciousness state. For me I really did like the cotton candy figures. We also got a couple ice cream treats, but I do not recall what they were since I am writing this review late. All I know is that everything was good.

What an awesome place to bring the kids. I loved my milkshake and having both icecream and cotton candy was great for my kids since they each got what they wanted. You could easily sit there all day and watch them make cotton candy masterpieces. It is such an art form. The staff were super friendly and the shop smelled like cotton candy. What more could you want?! I will absolutely return and I'm bringing every family member who comes to visit to Polar Playground!

Not gonna lie, I'm an adult and this is my second time here within a month. And I have no plan on stopping This has been on my list for a VERY long time. But I've seen the photos and read on the weekends it can be up to a 3 HOUR wait. I even called them to ask if this was true. Which, yes it is. (Of course it is. The cotton candy is awesome) when I came they did have some chairs outside lined up against the building. Which is nice for people who can't stand for very long They are only open Thursday-Sunday I've came on a Thursday on both occasions and there was only a couple people and they didn't stay long at all. They have the BEST customer service!! Alex is awesome and answered tons of questions Good luck picking what character you want!! They have a daily menu with rotating ones. My first pick was Patrick from SpongeBob (my friend got Venom and her daughter got the unicorn) 10/10 Plus, the cotton candy is all different flavors. Not just your generic run of the mill cotton candy taste. I believe most of my Patrick was passion fruit. It is fun watching them make it in front of you as well. It's crazy the designs they can make just out of cotton candy They also have a bunch of ice cream here. It's a candy lovers paradise (or, shall I say, candy lovers playground. Get it? Polar playground?! I'm here all night folks) I knew I had to come back to get some Halloween characters I went with oogie boogie Which was green apple flavor This place is honestly so much fun The tables are really clean They have private parking in the little strip area they are located in And, I think for the price it's worth it. It's a whole experience. (They are about 20 dollars each) I just wish the place was bigger. They do only have a few tables They do offer to go bags as well. But I recommend eating it fresh (there is no way you can finish a whole one though. These things are huge) You know darn well I'll be back for their Christmas characters

Normally there's a line out the door. We came on a Thursday at 6:30pm, no line until we left after 7pm, more families came. This place is the ultimate dessert dream for both kids and adults with ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, malts, soft served and character shaped cotton candy! Of course we had to get a character cotton candy! It's massive! We got the mushroom in Mario bros and a scoop of espresso ice cream. Each worker is so talented! Takes about 5 minutes to carefully craft the character of your choice and all the detailing that goes into it takes a village! It was impressive seeing each of the workers on different parts of the design. The flavors depend on what character you choose. You can pay for additional toppings to add more flavors. I personally, think they all taste the same! Sweet with a mouth full of color!

Custom cotton candy with different flavored sugars! Yum! Super clean and friendly service. Ambiance, fun place with kiddos. Very good 5/5 would recommend. My kiddos said " I had a fun experience, I would go back again."

What an amazing fun experience. I love this place, Laurel and I came here after I picked up baby girl from school. I wanted to surprise her so didn't tell her we were going anywhere until she got out of school. Been wanting to come here after Laurel mentioned about this place and I am so glad we did. She ordered Patrick from SpongeBob, Baby girl got the unicorn of course and I got Venom cause I thought it would be cool especially for the new movie coming out soon. Alex took our order everyone there is so friendly, they made our amazing beautiful work of art cotton candies in no time. It was so delicious too each color has it's own flavors. They have so many different characters to choose from it was so hard to pick. They also have ice cream and shakes and plenty of other treats here too. We got lucky no one was there when we arrived, the parking lot isn't too bad either I was able to park up front in handicap. I love it here I absolutely cannot wait to come back. It's so fun we sat and ate our cotton candy took photos, baby girl loved hers I loved mine and Laurel loved hers. Thank you so much for our incredible cotton candy experience, amazing service and just an amazing time. I can't wait to come back again, highly recommend trying to this. They are only open certain hours and days and hours but it is so worth it. If you enjoy cotton candy as much as we do definitely try this place so cute. You have to visit this place at least once. They serve ice cream, but that's not why people visit. They go for the cotton candy! You can pick from a big list of characters and it costs about $20. One character is plenty for 2-3 kids. After ordering it can take a while because they create it in front of you. They'll call your name when they're working on yours so you can see it made. There's a plexi glass in front of the machine so even small kids can see. While waiting pop in next door at the coffee shop and grab yourself a tiramisu latte... it's delicious. There's not a lot of seating inside or out and like I said you might be waiting for a while so make sure you have the time. The kids enjoyed watching other designs being made while waiting.

Okay so I am aware this place has been opened for some time now and it blew up on social media. I run errands in the same plaza on the weekends and it's always packed with a line out the door, thus I never went in. However, I decided to get my errands done in the same plaza on a random Friday evening and there was no line so in I went! Of course they're known for their cotton candy characters at $20+ a pop. I can't imagine cotton candy ingredients costing very much so you're definitely paying for the experience and creativity behind the product. Since I wasn't going to eat a whole character I decided to just get a milkshake. I sampled 2 ice cream flavors and then decided to do the ube milkshake. It comes with whipped cream and a cherry on top for about $7.50. Hands down the ube tastes even better as a milkshake. I rarely crave for milkshakes but this one was very good. The taste of ube was right on, presentation was appealing, and the texture was perfectly thick. Customer service was decent, fun ambiance because you get to watch the workers make the characters, and the milkshake I got today was bomb. I literally don't have any complaints and that's rare. Haha! 5 stars indeed. It's a great place for a treat for both children and adults.
